My hats off to you, one thing why was Elward and Cabbage at the fights? Cabbage weigh in and Elward didnt, I was in Hilo didn't find out to late that night when I got into Kona.

I was hoping that this match would happen because I really wanted to see cabbage fight again. We had a replacement but it didn't work out.

So to everyone I just want to say sorry for Cabbage vs Elward fight, I just hope the best to Cabbage and Elward.

That's a lowdown dirty shame!! I heard that from my nephew over a week ago before the weigh-ins.

My question is why take the match, have serious doubts and anticipate pulling out, then show up at the event?? That takes balls to throw it in the promoters face like that.

The event promoters should have been made aware if he had any concerns,doubts, etc. beforehand. It isn't free to fly any fighter off island and isn't fair to the opponent to be told that there is a change at the last minute. There's too many willing competitors(and more deserving, in my opinion)in that weight class that would have gladly taken the opportunity.
