Coach Rick the boxing teacher, i'm talking about one of, or, if not , the best boxing coach of the honolulu, and don't mess with him , HE STILL CAN KNOCK YOU OUT!!!
And the Jiu Jitsu coach, yeah, he is ok...
So move you ass out , and come train with real profetional and experient coachs i'm pretty sure you will learn the real thing.

Hey, is that coach "Rick Hessia", who's about 45 or so? If that's the same guy who trained guys on a mountain in the big island from 2000 - 2002 then he's defiantly the one of the best boxing trainers in Hawaii !

Have him give us a call. We would love to chat to him for a little story on MMAHawaii.
