None of the opponents Shaison face were junk, they did not prepare right for their match and Laupola did. Laupola face Kaipo Gonsalez and was stoped because he was not ready for that caliber of fighters.

John should not have taken those matches at the time. What should have happen was he takes on lesser known fighters and build his record and gain valuable kickboxing expirience. This kid has loads of talent, but lacks that ring discipline you need to fight the bigger name fighters. John's best fight was against Kolo Koka, he came to fight and not worry about looking flashy in the ring, that and his skill and desire is what made him win. John if you read this its not an insult but some words of wisdom and advice for you, I beleive if you just come to fight and leave all that flashy playing around stuff you do outside the ring you won't lose another fight on PIP.

Visante -vs- Laupola would be a better fight when they both turn Pro. To me two westside Champs should never fight unless its for big $$$, not just because it looks like a great match. Thats how the eastside did it, Harris Sarmiento fought Kolo Koka in ICON's 155 lbs tournament, and then fought Kaleo Kwan on Rumble on the Rocks 155 lbs tournament (all eastside boys ), not just because its a great match. All the eastside fighters know and respect each other and will only fight each other if theres something big on the line ( Chapionship, money or a chance at one of the big shows).

well ref....i dont mean to be a prick but i dont remember giving any ref some words of wisdom i jus let u do ur job and i do mine.
dont worry about me i have already evaluated myself after my wake up call at HFC.....thanks alot....i'll take that into consideration but i honestly dont think u'll see a different fighter cum time to bang but u wont see tha same fighter either....u'll still see tha same cocky and confident fighter but i more serius fighter at tha same time...i think i will please everyone. both john vistante and shaison laupola are good fighters...

ideally a fighter should fight guys in their "class", but john vistante has shown that he can handle his own with those out of his class.....vistante is a very aggresive and explosive fighter...i think his shots are more speed then power. i have not seen ALL his fights...so please forgvie me if i am wrong....that's just what i have observed lately....

shaison laupola is a very patient fighter, he picks his shots....and very well i might add.

it will be an interesting fight, both guys have very bright futures in the kickboxing ring...

Kaleo Kwan did fight Harris Sarimento the Superbrawl show at the Waterpark in a Kickboxing fight!

Also I didn't realize their were a bigger Kickboxing show in Hawaii besides K-1 when they come once a year..

The next PIP I'm bringing down Travis Johnson the current Strikeforce Champion..And working on another one!

John has shown that he can stand toe to toe with the bigger named fighters, there's no question about that! what I'm saying is there's a difference beteween standing toe to toe and having your hand raised at the end of the fight. Had John faced guys with his expirience and then move up he would have only 1 loss on his record. I've seen John fight from his 1st fight in PIP to his last fight at HFC, The kid is a really talented and skilled fighter and at 16 years of age his skill level will rise with his age and will be champion for a long time.

John I know for a fact that you are not a P***k. I'm not saying don't be your self while your fighting just be more discipline in the ring and I know you will never lose again in PIP.

Thanks ref....i've made an oath to myself after my HFC fight......i will never lose no matter tha situation and no excuses.....i am training how i used to train wen i first started fighting.

and tha determination i have now is 10 times before.....
