808Battleground is doing it again on April 16th, 2010 at the Waipahu Filcom Center. The fight card is in the works and will be posted as soon as were done matchmaking.

A lot of fans and fighters have been asking when we will be putting up any title belts. On April 16th, you will get to witness 808Battleground crowning our 1st 185lb State Champ. More details on the matchups will be posted soon.

Theres a lot of competition in our State with respect to talanted fighters. There are a lot of people asking when we will be putting up any Belts.

Instead of putting two fighters against each other, where some may think one fighter doesnt deserve a title shot. Niko Vitale has decided that we will put up 2 belts on April 16th. Two divisions, 185lb and 145lb.

To be fair, there will be two (4) man tournaments on this night, in the end, two champions will walk away with their well earned belts.

Nows the time to tell us who you guys think should be in the tournaments. We will try to make these matches happen. Who should we put against each other, who do you think deserves a shot at the belt? The more you guys get involved the easier it is for us to make the fans happy.

185lbs i vote maki pitolo and maybe danny lopez. maybe they can win and meet in the final. rematch for the belt sounds good. i know maki learned alot about himself and is ready to prove that his only lost made him better.
