I hope rail does not continue because it will cost the people too much money. We already paying for it by paying more taxes. I got a raise last year and I made less money than the previous year. The priviouse year i made more without the tax increase.Construction guys will tell you they dont like the rail but they need the job.The governmant did not approve the rail nor the money for the rail yet but they started already? WHY want want the rail to work. People of Hawaii going be paying too much money for nothing rails not our savior. Im a social worker do I get money from the state when no more job? Will they create a way for me to make money if need to. Mufi is the biggest con of all. He hangs out with the Rebulicans acting like a Democrate. He has 10 Unions on his back backing him up because they need the job not because he is the best man for the job.No need rail because hardly anyone going ride it and it going cost the state too much money. State has o money.

The rail sucks. Nobody seems to want yet its being built. Waste money. I am full time student, and this shit seems uneccesary. Buses don't even take that long. And honestly I don't think I'm ever gonna use it. It's pretty impractical to me.

It's a scam. I'm sure a bunch of people are profiting off it like crazy, probably more than one politician who are paying for votes with it, and 10 or 20 years and 20 billion dollars later when it's all done, everyone with a car is going to say to themselves "Finally the train is ready, now I can drive to work without traffic!" and nothing will change - except the homeless druggies will have a bunch of concrete pylons to sleep under.
I'm voting for Cayetano - even a corrupt guy like him can't steal nearly as much as the train will cost - according to the commercials he took $500,000 in illegal campaign funds - that's a deep discount to the $5 billion or (way) more shafting the state will get if the train moves forward. If he stops the train the $500,000 supposedly illegally pocketed by Cayetano will look like a bargain.
