With Champions 2 on the horizon, all four world title matches are a go. X1 Middleweight Champion Niko Vitale looks to keep the belt on Oahu as he is set to bang UFC veteran Kalib Starnes. Harris "The Hitman" Sarmiento and Richie Whitson will do battle for the Lightweight World Title Belt. "He's a tough guy, and everyone here wants him to win, but there's only two of us in the cage". Whitson said. Kurrent Cockett looks to bring the belt back to Maui with him, but not if "Dirty" Dave Moreno can help it.
The Featherweight World Title will be settled in a classic Maui vs. Oahu showdown. In another Oahu vs. Maui war, Brysen Hansen will test Riley Dutro's perfect 6-0 record. "It's gonna be a war!! He'll probly want to take me down and use ground and pound. I just have to stuff his takedowns or maybe i'll take him down". Dutro said. The most stacked card of the year kicks off with three amatuer matches, including a bout featuring two of the top females in the state. Lani Faahiva flies in from the big island to face Waianae's Raquel Pa'aluhi for the womens amatuer title.
Call it an undercard if you want, but three more champions will be crowned. Sadhu Bott makes his return to meet his toughest test yet against Matt Comeau. The 155 State Title will be settled by Michael Brightmon and Bryson Kamaka. Russell Doane and timothy Meeks bot have their eyes on the 135 state title and will do what it takes to take home the strap. By the end of the night eight champions will be crowned, four would titles, 3 state titles and a female amatuer title. Make your way to the blaisdell because your not gonna want to miss 2010's biggest MMA card.
