When two giants of the sport square off in the cage, it has the potential to change the sport forever. Hawaii will be staring down the barrel of an explosive match that has that kind of potential when Kala Kolohe Hose and Niko Vitale square off in the cage. Few are more celebrated and none are more feared. The possibilities are endless and the entertainment value is guaranteed. Fights of this magnitude are like and eclipse, they don’t come around too often and when they do, you need to see it.

Niko has been a pioneer of the sport here in Hawaii. His battles are of legend and his journey has been long and arduous. Fighters from all over the world still look to make their namesake by traveling to Hawaii in hopes of winning a war with Niko. As an obvious powerhouse with an amazing resume’, Niko has fought the best of the best in the business, and will prove to be a challenge for ANYBODY who decides to step up.

Kala has been out of the limelight for close to a year, but still manages to carry more clout than most other fighters here in Hawaii. His proven ability to sleep his opponents has made him a fan favorite, and his family man lifestyle have made him even more relatable with the fans. Kala has also fought a who’s who of powerhouses in the sport, which explains his fast rise to the top of the favorites list. This will only be another opportunity for Kala to become an even larger goliath in the sport.

It’s the old school vs. the new school. The up and comer vs. the seasoned vet. Both are mounting a huge comeback in the sport, and this fight will prove who will be carrying the sport for Hawaii in the division.

This is not the type of fight that you miss, but rather the kind we will talk about for ages to come.
