In the class of the big boys, there are two names that most Hawaii fight fans know, Doug Hiu and Paea Paongo. These to Heavyweight bomb throwers are set to meet at the UP N UP show in Waipahu at the Filcom center on August 12.

Both Hiu and Paongo have been among the top ring of fighters in the weight class and both are hungrier than ever. When the two clash, it isn’t a question of  will there be action, rather who will withstand the longest. Each has every reason to view this fight as their toughest to date and when both are challenged, they rise to the occasion.

Paongo has recently captured of title, and knows the taste of victory. Hiu is one dangerous wildcard that many believe to be a Heavyweight fighter capable of being a champion. As to two go toe to toe, there is one thing all fight fans can be sure of. . . There will be action.
