Fighting out of Total Control Kickboxing, Tofi Mika is a young fighter that fully embodies the warrior spirit of the Hawaii fighter. There has rarely been a kickboxing event here on Oahu that this kid hasn't competed in. His drive and determination are utterly amazing, and he is never seen without a smile on his face.

Tofi has shown noticeable growth as a fighter since he began competing. Though he wins some and loses some, Tofi literally looks at each fight in a positive light. He takes lessons from the losses and closely examines his wins, in order to improve his game to it's fullest potential. Even though Tofi finds himself in battles with bigger, more experienced fighters, he makes no excuses. He goes in the ring and battles until the very last bell. He even defeated the same very tough opponent twice in one week on two different shows.

In a sense, he is a shining example of what is so great about the amateur fighting scene here in Hawaii. He is hungry to win, but even hungrier for experience and knowledge. The positive outlook Tofi has towards his career now will , no doubt, make all the difference in his future as a fighter.
