So Fedor is on the prowl again. M-1 Global is looking to place "The Last Emperor" in Monaco, a city state surrounded by France and Italy, for his next MMA match. The opponent, however, is still yet undecided and undisclosed.
Former WWE superstar and multiple MMA promotion veteran, Bobby Lashley, has been rumored to be the next victim for the Russian legend, but as I said, it's just a rumor.
Emilianenko's management team is beginning to speak up on a possible European opponent, but nothing has been solidified just yet. As you MUST remember, Fedor made one of the strongest cases for "GREATEST FIGHTER OF ALL TIME" until his recent fall from grace after losing to Fabricio Werdum, Antonio Silva, and Dan Henderson. The three straight losses seemed to expose him as a fighter who "padded" his record.
Since his split from Strikeforce, and American MMA, Fedor has beaten Jeff Monson and Satoshi Ishii. Does this July fight spell a comeback for the russian? Or better yet, does anyone care?
