Tim Sylvia vs Andrei Arlovski will meet again. Only this time, it won't be for the coveted UFC Heavyweight Title. One FC has put the fight together for their "Pride Of A Nation" fight card which takes place on August 31 at Smart Araneta Coliseaum in Queson City, Philippines. The broadcast will be available to North America as an online PPV.

Arlovski was originally supposed to fight Soa Palelei, but Palelei leaked that the fight was scratched because he was unwilling to sign a multi fight deal with ONE FC. Because of this, the fight between Sylvia and Arlovski was erected. The two have not met since they were the two atop the UFC Heavyweight division nearly 7 years ago.

Sylvia has won 7 of his last 8. 6 of those wins coming by form of Knockout. And Arlovski is on a 2 fight win streak since his string of 4 losses. Both of his wins coming via TKO.

This famed fourth meeting of the two former champions has been anticipated by their loyal fans for years. Though they have both been struggling in their careers, this may be just the thing to ignite the fire again.
