It has come to our attention via Dana White himself that Rory Macdonald is out of his scheduled bout with BJ Penn due to a cut he recieved while training. This news is still fresh and many details are not known, but Dana White expressed this to MMA Hawaii Reporter, Doc Mason, following the UFC on FOX post fight press conference.
